ProfiCut 275.230 GANC
The ProfiCut 275.230 GANC is an automatic, NC-controlled band saw. After programming the cut length and quantity, the entire work cycle runs automatically; the target length is set conveniently on the freely positionable control panel, and the text-based dialog control is shown on a four-line illuminated display.
Material clamping, feed of the saw frame into the cut and the return are hydraulically controlled. The robust frame is made of grey cast iron for better vibration damping. In automatic mode the minimum remnant is 180 mm; the standard saw-band speeds are 40 and 80 m/min.
