Our story
History
Tradition, innovation and experience since 1993. One man and an idea at the beginning — a company with 220 employees today. Decades of hard work, setbacks and wins, knowledge, partners and customers. This is who we are now.

1993
The beginning
BOMAR is founded with 6 employees and 120 m² of production area, producing a single model of band saw. Strong demand lets us extend the range quickly, and our export share soon exceeds 50 %, supported by a growing dealer network across Europe, Asia and America.

1995
CTM joins
Creative Technik Maschinenbau e.U. (CTM) is founded. Specialising in drilling units and machine tools, it adds solutions for the further processing of cut material.

1997
EXACTCUT founded
EXACTCUT is established and focuses from the outset on high-performance circular saws and individual cutting centers.

2007
New plant in Brno-Slatina
The company moves to a newly built plant in Brno-Slatina. New production facilities allow further growth, and key machines such as the Extend automatic band saw — designed for large operations — join the program.

2008
Through the crisis
After mastering the economic crisis, the company stabilises and continues to develop.

Today
Automation & growth
With the advent of automation we place far greater emphasis on individual approaches and solutions in material cutting and subsequent processing. We build flexibility into series machines and integrate robotic elements and remote management into our cutting centers. We are growing — and our customers grow with us.
