About BOMAR
For more than 30 years, BOMAR has been a major player in the development and production of metal-cutting machines.
The BOMAR company was founded in 1993 with 6 employees and 120 m² of production area. The production schedule contained a single model of band saw. Due to the strong demand for cost-effective and high-quality band saws, we were able to significantly extend the range of our products. Within a short period of time, our share of exported products exceeded 50 %. In the following years the company kept expanding through permanent development, quality improvements and a growing dealer network in Europe, Asia and America.
The production program ranges from small mobile hand-held saws to fully hydraulic, CNC-controlled machines with two-sided angular cuts, designed for cutting steel materials of almost any size. Part of the production is also a rich program of handling systems including conveyors, length stops and feeders.
Our products are subject to permanent development and improvement in order to satisfy the newest market requirements. Besides designing new machines, our experienced engineers in the development and test department work on increasing the efficiency and usability of existing machines.
To give our customers the best availability of our products, we maintain a worldwide network of distribution partners with trained and experienced service staff. Over the company's lifetime we have produced and sold more than 70,000 band saws — which motivates us to further increase the productivity and value of our machines.
