Ergoline 310.255 DG
Ergoline is a medium-size gravity (pull-down) band saw that offers a high-quality concept in an attractive price range. A welded saw arm with a 27 mm band, driven by a 1.1 kW two-speed motor (35 / 70 m/min) and a well-dimensioned worm gearbox, delivers clean cuts in steel. The arm swivels steplessly from −45° to +60° for miter cutting, and a turntable with a pre-defined cutting channel keeps the band aligned during angle cuts.
Material is held by a fast-clamping vice that can be moved from the left to the right side for angle cuts. Manual band tensioning with electronic monitoring stops the machine on incorrect tension or band breakage, and a constantly rotating steel brush keeps the band clean throughout the cut. All controls sit on a panel mounted directly on the machine pedestal.
