EasyCut 275.230 DG
The EasyCut 275.230 DG is a universal gravity band saw with a robust cast-iron saw frame and a saw band 27 mm high. Precise band guidance, a saw-frame joint set in pre-tensioned taper roller bearings and a synchronous chip brush provide the basis for effective performance and long band life.
Feed into the cut is by the saw frame's own weight, steplessly regulated by a hydraulic cylinder with an overflow valve; after the cut the frame is raised manually. A two-speed worm-gear drive runs the band at 40 or 80 m/min. The frame swivels for miter cuts from 45° left to 60° right with the clamped material staying in a constant position.
