BasiCut 275.230 DG
The BasiCut 275.230 DG is a simple, universal manual band saw used above all in metalworking shops and smaller companies. The saw frame is made from a single grey cast-iron piece for better vibration damping and higher cutting precision, and is supported by simple but high-quality carbide saw-band guidance.
A maintenance-free worm gear with a powerful two-speed drive runs a saw band 27 mm high. The saw frame swivels for miter cuts from 45° left to 60° right with the clamped material staying in a constant position; clamping is via the main vice with a trapezoidal screw and an eccentric quick-clamping lever. Feed into the cut is manual, guided by the operator.
