Production 300.280 ANC
The Production machines are designed for maximum cutting output with bi-metal saw bands. Modern control technology and the use of polymer concrete enable very short cycle times and near vibration-free cuts. The full enclosure meets current machine directives and ensures safety and cleanliness at the saw.
Highlights include highly sensitive cutting-pressure regulation, a split main vice (clamping before and after the cut), short remnants in automatic mode, material detection via laser light barriers, ball-screw material feed with a linear measuring system, hydraulic band tensioning and a continuous roller conveyor.
