From 15 to 19 September 2026, BOMAR will be exhibiting at AMB in Stuttgart, one of the most important international trade fairs for the metalworking industry. Visitors can find us in Hall 8 at Stand 8B46, where we will present three different sawing solutions from our portfolio.
Held every two years, AMB brings together manufacturers, industry experts and decision-makers from across the metalworking sector. Since 1982, the exhibition has developed into an important platform for discovering new technologies, exchanging expertise and discussing the future of manufacturing.
Three BOMAR sawing solutions at AMB
At this year's exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to take a closer look at three BOMAR machines designed for different cutting requirements:
Compact 200 ANC
The Compact 200 ANC is a fully automatic and compact sawing cell designed for high-throughput cutting with a capacity of 200 × 200 mm. Its space-saving vertical design keeps the footprint small, while the optional V-Loader magazine turns it into an autonomous sawing system.
Construction 820.450 DGS
Developed specifically for structural steel and steel beams, the Construction 820.450 DGS offers a continuously adjustable double mitre range from 60° left to 60° right. Automatic mitre positioning can be controlled directly from the control panel, supporting flexible and efficient processing of structural materials.
Proline 420.350 H
The Proline 420.350 H is a semi-automatic two-column band saw designed for straight 90° cuts. The saw arm moves along two robust columns and is guided on one side by a preloaded, backlash-free linear guide. Combined with the rigid saw arm and a 2° blade inclination, this design helps reduce cutting times and extend blade life.
Material clamping is handled by a split full-stroke vice, while material feeding is performed manually. The continuously adjustable blade speed ranges from 20 to 120 m/min, complemented by automatic feed pressure control for reliable and efficient cutting.
