Extend 900.720 A 1500/2500
The Extend is a hydraulic semi-automatic twin-column band saw for cutting thin-walled tubes, solid material and profiles. The saw frame is filled with polymer concrete to achieve greater structural rigidity and a smoother, vibration-free band run. Combined with the feed system, every machine can be extended into a fully automatic band saw.
In the standard version the machine is equipped with a stepless, powerful saw-band drive, precision carbide band guides, automatic cutting-pressure regulation, a digital band-speed display, a freely positionable control panel, a hydraulic full-stroke vice, electronic band-tension and band-break monitoring, large drive and idler wheels for maximum band life, an optimally dimensioned hydraulic unit and a modern, easy-to-use control with fault diagnostics and a clear illuminated display. The machines can be fitted with a chip conveyor on request.
