The company BOMAR, spol. s r.o. has established rules and procedures for whistleblowing and issued a whistleblower protection directive. The aim of the Directive is to create an environment within the Company in which whistleblowers do not have to fear any sanction for reporting a violation, thus contributing to the protection of the proper functioning of the Company and the protection of public interests.

The Whistleblower may make the Notification through the Internal Notification System of BOMAR, spol. s r.o. or an external notification system.
Internal notification system

Notification can be made in the following form:
in writing (in paper form) sent to the postal address of BOMAR, spol. s r.o., Těžební 1236/1, 627 00 Brno (envelope visibly marked "NOTICE - DO NOT OPEN").
in writing (by email) sent to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
made orally in a face-to-face meeting with the Competent Person (by prior agreement between the Whistleblower and the Competent Person). The Competent Person must, at the request of the Whistleblower, give the Whistleblower an appointment within the next 14 days after the Whistleblower contacts the Competent Person to make the Notification in person.
combined, i.e. written and oral.
The Whistleblower must identify himself in the notification by name, surname, date of birth and contact address (postal or e-mail) or other data from which his identity can be deduced. The notification need not contain the information referred to in the first sentence if it is made by a person whose identity is known to the person concerned. Anonymous notifications are excluded by the Company.
External notification system
This is the whistleblowing system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic established pursuant to Section 16 et seq. of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The external whistleblowing system is available at https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/.
Disclosure is possible only in the cases referred to in Section 7(1)(c) of the Act.
Protection from retaliation is not available to the Whistleblower who made a Notification without reasonable grounds to believe that it was based on truthful information. In the case of making a knowingly false Notification, the Whistleblower commits an offence for which a fine of up to CZK 50,000 may be imposed under the offence procedure (Section 23 of the Act).
