Dual 250 S
The Dual 250 deburring machine is designed for removing burrs after cutting. It is used primarily in locksmith’s workshops and production plants. It offers fast and simple deburring of profiles as well as full materials up to 95 mm in diameter. The Dual 250 S is equipped with a frequency converter that enables the brush speed to be continuously regulated in order to achieve optimum deburring results depending on the type of material and brush type.
The material is deburred with special brushes located inside an enclosed space in the upper part of the machine.The material is fed manually to the brush through the front opening across a height-adjustable table. Dust formed by deburring falls to a drawer located below the brush. Stable structure of the machine dampens vibrations formed in the operation.
