Basic 200
The Basic 200 deburring machine is designed for removing burrs after cutting. It is used primarily in locksmith’s workshops, offering fast and simple deburring of profiles as well as full materials. After the material is deburred, it is treated with a special brush mounted on a drive shaft inside an enclosed space.
The material is fed manually to the brush through the front opening across a height-adjustable table. By turning the processed material continuously burrs are evenly removed. The machine is manufactured in a table version and equipped with a single-speed industrial motor.
