AL 500 ANC
An automatic circular saw designed for cutting profile as well as full materials from aluminium alloys, copper and hard plastics under 90°. The circular blade downfeed is controlled pneumatic-hydraulically.
The machine is equipped with fixed and a movable vices, their positions are controlled by a ball screw.
The length of an individual feed is 500 mm. The feed length is set from the main control panel located on the front side of the machine. The cutting speed is regulated with an over ow valve.
The circular blade cutting height is set from the main control panel. The saw may be easily connected to an exhaust device.The machine is equipped with mist greasing.
Roller conveyors M330 can be connected to the circular saw AL 500 NC from the left input side (material feeding) or from the right output side (material withdrawal).
The requested conveyor length can be assembled from individual modules with the lengths of 2 or 3 m. The number of supporting feet depends on the overall conveyor length.
