Modules
Grid modules
The basic part of our safety systems is based on modularity. The parts are made from high-quality metal material and coated with comaxite for greater durability. Modular fences can be easily connected togehter with mounting posts and create a complex safety field based on individual requirements.
Door modules
The range of SECURFLEX doors has been developed to meet customer demands, including sliding doors with openings up to 2,5 metres, without upper or lower guides, to allow the easiest entrance to the machining space. A comprehensive range of accessories allows for varying safety levels and locking systems, as well as doors adapted to meet specific requirements. Door modules are always applicable without restriction according to the instruction. Each door module could be installed without any additional components on the left or right and build inside or outside.
Laser beam protection
Optical safety devices detect a presence in their protected field and don't require any action from the machine operator. Therefore, they are considered as more production friendly than other safety devices. The total length of the beam protection can be from 0,5 m to 70 m.
Sample instalations
Laser unit type B – active mirror
- laser beam – safety relay output, connected via terminal plate, with LED and with integrated focusing
- active mirror – for distances from 0,5 to 70 m
- mounting posts
- safety module – for one laser circuit, for connection into machine
- laser beam for the first laser circuit
- deflection mirror
Laser unit type C – one deflection mirror
- laser beam – safety relay output, connected via terminal plate
- active mirror – for distances from 0,5 to 70 m
- mounting posts
- deflection mirror – each consume about 5 to 10% of the range
- safety module – for one laser circuit, for connection into machine
Laser units type C
This example contains two laser circuits type C. One laser circuit is always between laser beam and active or passive mirror. Sample instalation C contains only one deflection mirror.
- laser beam for the first laser circuit
- deflection mirror
- active mirror for the first laser circuit
- laser beam for the second laser circuit
- deflection mirror
- active mirror for the second laser circuit
Laser units type D and E – two or three deflection mirrors
- laser beam – safety relay output, connected via terminal plate
- active mirror – for distances from 0,5 to 70 m
- mounting posts
- deflection mirrors – each mirror decrease range about 10%, type D contains two mirrors and type E contains three deflection mirrors
- safety module – for one laser circuit, for connection into machine
Laser units type D
Large-scale production line needs more then one laser circuit. This example contains two lasers circuits. First laser circuit is type C and second laser circuit is type D. Laser units type D in the second laser circuit contains two deflection mirrors.
- laser beam for the first laser circuit
- deflection mirror
- active mirror for the second laser circuit
- laser beam for the first laser circuit
- deflection mirror
- deflection mirror
- active mirror for the second laser circuit
Laser units type E
Small-scale production line can be protected by the one laser circuit
Laser unit type E in this example contains three deflection mirrors.
- laser beam for the first laser circuit
- active mirror for the first laser circuit
- deflection mirror
