ProfiCut 275.230 GANC
Automatic bandsaw with NC control. The start of the whole work cycle is completed after the length and number of pieces have been programmed. The required material length is set very easily on the moveable control panel. The biggest advantage of this machine is the possibility to program a various number of pieces of the processed material, with various lengths, without further control of the machine. The maximum length of an individual feed is 500 mm. A simple dialogue control with text messages is shown on the lighted four-line display.
After switching the machine to the manual mode, all functions may be controlled separately. Material downfeed, material clamping, and arm downfeed are controlled hydraulically. Cast iron arm provide a better absorption of vibrations during cutting than the arm from a welded construction.
This machine is especially suitable for cutting pro les and solid materials of smaller sections with an accuracy of one feed of 0,2 mm.
