Orbital 120 TB
The Orbital 120 TB professional deburring machine is used for removing burrs from rolled and drawn bars and sections from aluminium. Deburring of flammable materials is prohibited! The material is cleaned by means of a special disc fastened to the shaft axis in an enclosed space. The material, resting on the table, is fed to the disc through a side hole. The burrs are removed evenly by gradually turning the work piece.
The machine has a frequency converter, which enables smooth regulation of rotation (max. 2500 rpm) to achieve optimum cleaning results depending on the material and disc type. The dust created during deburring falls into the drawer in the central part of the base.
